Edward Parks has represented insurance and reinsurance company clients in commercial, bankruptcy, and insurance coverage litigation for over two decades. He specializes in litigating insurance coverage and other commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts across the country. His extensive experience counseling and resolving complex commercial disputes involving thorny contractual and other issues make him a leader in insurance coverage, representing clients in complex insurance disputes nationwide both in and outside of litigation. 

A Fellow in the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel, Edward has been ranked by Chambers USA in Insurance: Insurer in Washington, DC, since 2014. Prior to founding Ruggeri Parks Weinberg LLP in 2022, Edward practiced at Hogan & Hartson LLP and a New England law firm. He also served as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.
