Insurance and Reinsurance
Emily A. Mundt focuses her practice on insurance coverage disputes involving general liability insurance coverage. She assists in the representation of major insurance companies in a wide range of complex litigation.
During law school, Emily served as a legal affairs intern for the United Nations and as a research assistant to several law professors, assisting with the redrafting of multiple provisions for the American Law Institute and the Restatement of Torts. Emily was an executive editor of the Wake Forest Law Review from 2025 to 2026.
