Sean T. Kelly focuses his practice primarily in the areas of insurance coverage and bankruptcy disputes involving general liability, product liability and complex torts.  He assists in the representation of major insurance companies in a wide range of complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country. 

While in law school, Sean organized a symposium on international insolvency for the Texas International Law Journal.  He also conducted academic research regarding class and non-class aggregate settlements and other issues in mass torts.  His prior work has focused on medical device and data breach MDL litigation, including transnational litigation and multiparty liability.
