Simon focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and bankruptcy disputes involving general liability, product liability, and complex torts.  He assists in the representation of major insurance companies in a wide range of complex litigation in federal and state courts across the country.

Simon graduated with honors from the George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Simon was a law clerk in the Securities and Exchange Commission honors scholars program and was a member of the mock trial board.
