Timothy Dingilian represents clients in all stages of casualty insurance coverage litigation, with matters involving toxic torts, product liability issues, health care and professional liability. He also has extensive experience handling litigation involving asbestos and asbestos-related bankruptcies, environmental claims, and construction defects. In addition, he provides guidance to clients regarding coverage, bad faith, and professional liability issues.

Timothy has successfully represented clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States and before the American Arbitration Association.
