Myles Morrison is a trial court and appellate litigator who focuses his practice on complex, high-stakes insurance coverage litigation.  Over the past ten years, Myles has counseled and advocated for insurers in connection with a wide range of first- and third-party claims, including coverage, bad-faith, and failure-to-settle claims under aviation hull and liability, aviation war and allied perils, commercial general liability (CGL), contract liability and employers’ liability, errors and omissions (E&O), pollution legal liability, and property insurance policies.

Myles has successfully litigated cases against policyholders and insurers in courts across the country.  He has briefed or argued dispositive motions and appeals in state and federal courts in numerous jurisdictions, including in Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas and in the Third, Fifth, Sixth, and Eleventh Circuits.

Prior to founding Ruggeri Parks Weinberg LLP in 2022, Myles was a commercial litigator at Lewis and Roca LLP (now Womble Bond Dickinson) in Phoenix, Arizona.  After seven years in Phoenix, Myles returned to the East Coast and joined the DC office of a New England law firm, where he practiced with Jim Ruggeri, Ed Parks, and Josh Weinberg from 2015 through 2021.
